Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends with 5-10 year horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Deliver executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy or trend forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
