What You'll Achieve:
• Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
• Develop predictive models for market evolution and consumer behavior
• Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proof strategies across operations
• Present compelling foresight narratives to stakeholders and investors
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, and economics
- Develop predictive scenarios and strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing predictive models for complex systems
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
