Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Develop predictive models for disruptive market forces and regulatory shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital sovereignty
- Advocate ethical innovation principles in AI and autonomous systems development
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Published work in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) preferred
