Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ exponential technology domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 market disruption scenarios
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Present future scenarios to investors and global innovation councils
- Build and curate an expert network of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
