Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster creative problem-solving and ideation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against strategic milestones
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
