Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic narratives to executive leadership and board members
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using scenario modeling methodologies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proficient in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
