Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to translate future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready insights into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive the development of proprietary predictive models for market disruption forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, future-oriented projects
