- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and white papers that influence product development and market entry strategies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-concept solutions and validate market readiness
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational structures and talent acquisition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management
