Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI adoption scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into organizational DNA
- Design immersive foresight workshops using VR/AR to visualize potential futures
- Author thought leadership publications on technology ethics and human-machine symbiosis
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for exponential change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems modeling and causal inference frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Deep knowledge of quantum, biotech, and AI convergence points
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
