- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Author compelling foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies using predictive modeling
- Develop KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
