Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Design blueprints for next-gen products/services leveraging AI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive stakeholders
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build proprietary trend intelligence frameworks using predictive analytics tools
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AGI, climate tech) and future-proofing methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
