Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to guide product development and business decisions
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with global stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership and investors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across the organization
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Monitor and evaluate competitor innovation strategies and market positioning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-leading products
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
