Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2030 using AI-powered scenario modeling
- Design innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic priorities
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable future technologies
- Partner with UN and World Economic Forum on global futures initiatives
- Author white papers cited by MIT Technology Review and Nature Futures
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent foresight certification
- 10+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (minimum 3 citations)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in trend forecasting platforms (Gartner, Forrester, WEF)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF or DARPA
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies (minimum 2 case studies)
