- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into actionable business roadmaps
- Identify emerging technologies and market disruptors with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy journals
