- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions for emerging markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Conduct primary research on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Author thought leadership reports and deliver keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into prioritized product development pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFM preferred)
