Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections

- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into implemented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and disruption analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., TED, WEF)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience building strategic partnerships with research institutions
