Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and predictive analytics reports
- Advocate ethical innovation frameworks in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots
