Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to forecast 5-10 year scenarios
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Champion human-centered design in futuristic solution development
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, books, reports)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, SWOT-PESTLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementations
