Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy and 2026 milestones
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops and stakeholder presentations on future scenarios
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with 5+ high-impact projects annually
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or relevant technical field
- Certification in futures thinking or innovation management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful transformation initiatives
