Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps by synthesizing global tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural patterns

- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization potential
- Author quarterly Future Briefs for investors and board members on paradigm-shifting developments
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with product, design, and engineering teams
- Build an external futures intelligence network via academic partnerships and industry think tanks
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating futures to diverse stakeholders
