Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and socio-economic trends to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market demands
- Author whitepapers on disruptive innovation for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout early-stage startups in frontier tech
- Design resilience strategies against technological obsolescence and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
