- Develop proprietary trend forecasting models using machine learning and human-centered design principles
- Author influential thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Labs as the definitive voice on 2026 transformation
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining hands-on research in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published author in foresight publications or frequent speaker at Davos, Singularity Summit, or similar forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully commercialized futuristic innovations
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal analysis)
