Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $500M+ R&D budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
