Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and client executive summits

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level innovation strategies for 2026+ horizons
- Deep expertise in trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and socio-economic systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning workshops
