Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive forces in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies with strategic recommendations
- Establish KPIs for future readiness and track progress against innovation milestones
- Build an internal 'futures intelligence' network and thought leadership platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
