Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with global market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Champion agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate innovations into commercial pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of external partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, conferences)
