Responsibilities
- Develop and publish horizon-scanning reports on emerging tech trends (2026-2030)
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients in aerospace, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic initiatives
- Build predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and boards
- Manage a portfolio of innovation labs and experimental programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable impact
