Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and cultural movements to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop future scenario frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation maturity across the organization
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight findings into product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership content positioning Nexus Horizons as a 2026 thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
