Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients integrating exponential technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
