Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Analyze global trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure to inform strategic priorities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level stakeholders on future business models
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology incubation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis using methodologies like Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and System Dynamics
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' socioeconomic implications (AI ethics, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking at global forums
- PMP or CFM certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published futurist frameworks adopted by major organizations
