Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in futures research, innovation strategy, or corporate planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record developing strategic roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong understanding of emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
