Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Design and deliver executive foresight workshops across global markets
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging trend adoption curves
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing enterprises
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing adoption trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and Fortune 500 leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and demographic megatrends
