Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead foresight workshops with executive teams to co-create future-ready business models
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefs published in industry journals
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Advect organizational culture through 'future literacy' training programs
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies through predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
