Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging markets including quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Design and implement innovation KPIs tracking future-readiness metrics
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or innovation methodologies
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation roadmaps
