- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and scenario planning workshops
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and competitive disruption analyses
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor internal teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and sociocultural trend analysis
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
