Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast future scenarios (2026-2030)
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic planning
- Present future scenarios and recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation and future-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks required
