Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks with quarterly refresh cycles
- Facilitate C-level workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps, investment thesis, and R&D priorities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
- Champion exponential innovation culture through internal education and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes (portfolio examples required)
- Deep expertise in technology adoption curves and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, systems thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, patents, or industry keynotes)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global organizations
