- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across technology, talent, and market domains
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to disruptive forces
- Present strategic narratives to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with 3-5 year impact
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
