Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations forecasting market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation lab
- Advocate for ethical tech frameworks and sustainable development practices
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AR/VR
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and tech thought leadership circles
