Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead experiments on quantum supremacy benchmarks using our proprietary hardware
- Publish high-impact research and secure patents for quantum communication protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Partner with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
