Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and scenario planning for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop AI-driven trend analysis frameworks using proprietary data streams
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and climate resilience goals
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Manage venture incubation pipeline for emerging tech startups
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for global policymakers
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Quantum, AGI, Bio/Nano convergence
- Proven track record of commercializing future-forward innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Published thought leadership on exponential trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi, Wild Cards, Weak Signals
