Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop and execute corporate innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience leading high-impact teams through digital transformation
