Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation roadmap alignment
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal stakeholder education
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in emerging domains
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven experience developing scenario planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Deep understanding of global macroeconomic forces and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
