Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that leverage the unique strengths of both computing paradigms.
- Integration Leadership: Lead the integration of AI models into quantum infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and model fidelity.
- Error Mitigation: Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced error mitigation and error correction protocols.
- Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with R&D teams to define the technical strategy and long-term vision for quantum readiness products.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging quantum technologies and their application to real-world business problems.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years of direct experience in quantum computing or hybrid systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Cloud Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
