Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures using microservices and containerization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Consulting: Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into high-level technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and throughput.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies and partners to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and backend engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a strong understanding of serverless architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Agile Methodology: Proven track record leading Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and integrate them into the 2026 roadmap.
