Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across aerospace, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops using predictive AI models to identify disruptive market shifts
- Author annual 'FutureScan' reports analyzing quantum computing's impact on global supply chains
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Manage a $2M innovation lab with 15 researchers specializing in climate-positive tech
- Present strategic briefings to government bodies on AI governance and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 10+ years consulting experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technology convergence
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and molecular manufacturing
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Track record of influencing policy on AI ethics and digital rights
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English with international stakeholder experience
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and circular economy principles
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling from MIT Sloan
