Responsibilities

- Produce strategic foresight reports translating emerging tech into commercial blueprints
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI evolution trajectories
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects delivered to market
