Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future market demands
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to incubate emerging technologies
- Drive organizational change initiatives to embed future-readiness into company culture and operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level strategic briefings
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
