You'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to build future-ready roadmaps while mentoring next-generation innovators through our FutureWorks Academy.
Responsibilities
- Map global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future business models
- Author quarterly FutureBrief reports distributed to 10,000+ industry executives
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential change adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from futurists.org)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
