Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify future opportunities and risks through horizon scanning
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market landscapes
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Translate future insights into product development roadmaps and business models
- Author thought leadership content positioning our organization as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (TED Talks, journals, major publications)
